Robert "Bob" Neal, CPA Developer of Healthcare Almanac
Robert Neal graduated from Mobile College in 1971 and became a CPA in 1974 in
the State of Florida. Bob worked for a large public company in Miami,
FL for 12
years installing computer systems and with Coopers and Lybrand,
CPA for three years
doing computer system auditing. In 1987, Bob developed Document Accounting,
an
accounting system, that was installed in many local businesses in Miami,
FL. In 1996, Bob developed and maintained Winstat Analyst for Information Management
Systems in Miami, FL. Winstat Analyst is a decision support system of analyzing
UB-92 data for MEDPAR and state
level data. This software is currently installed in 90
hospitals. In 2004, Bob started the development of Healthcare
Almanac. Bob is a member of FICPA, HFMA and SHSMD.
