There maybe a time that you must install/reinstall Microsoft Components that are required for Provider Almanac. Normally, you should only install these components if requested by Client Support.
Select "Save" to download the file or select "Run" to install the Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0. If the framework is already installed, you are asked to repair the current installation or cancel, otherwise the framework is installed. The Microsoft Framework 2.0 is available for download directly from www.Microsoft.com. If you saved the file, go to the download location and execute the downloaded file. The download filename is dotnetfx.exe.
Select "Save" to download the file or select "Run" to install Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005. You should elect the "Windows Authenication" option and you should use the default "Instance". Please use the default options only. If you can not use the default options, please contact us. This software can be downloaded directly from www.Microsoft.com. The download filename is sqlexpr32.exe.
Select "Save" to download the MSI file or select "Run" to install from the Microsoft webiste. Please follow the on screen instructions. There are no options to select. If the software is already installed, you will be asked to repair or upgrade the installation. The download filename is SQLServer2005_SSMSEE.msi.
Select "Save" to download the MSI file or select "Run" to install the software from the Microsoft website. Please follow the on screen instructions. There are no options to select. If the Crystal Reports runtime is already installed, you will replace the installation. The download filename is CR_Redist_2005_x86.msi..
