with all the facilities in each state.

The reports for 2010 have cost reports submitted through 06-30-2011. The cost
reports for 2011 with 06-30-2011 year ends are not complete yet due to the small number.
These reports are the Hospitals with over 1 billion in charges and the report is in decending amount order. The providers in SNF and Hospice reports are over 30 million in charges. The HHA report are over 15 million in charges.
